Dubai Police has assembled the most impressive fleet of police vehicles in the world, for example:
690bhp Lamborghini Aventador, 700bhp McLaren MP4-12C, Audi R8, Aston Martin, Chevrolet Camaro, Mercedes Bentz SLS AMG, Bentley Continental GT Speed, 650bhp Ferrari FF.
The monster 6.2-litre V12 engine of Ferrari FF can propel the sleek machine to 62mph from a standstill in just 3.7 seconds and go on to a top speed of 208mph – perfect for catching those high-speed crims in high-powered supercars.
Actually, Dubai Police has Bugatti Veyron too – the car decked out in green and white with flashing lights on it roof isn’t the record-holding Veyron Super Sport. It’s the standard Veyron, a quad-turbocharged 8.0-liter producing W16 1,001 horsepower and 922 pound-feet of torque, and a top speed of “only” 253 mph.
Still, at over $1 million, this Veyron is one of the most-expensive police vehicles ever. Another is Dubai’s Aston One-77, which also tops $1 million.
